Shirke Infrastructure manages and operates three premier sports and recreation clubs across Mumbai — MCA Recreation Centre, BKC; MCA Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana, Kandivali; and Airoli Sports Association (ASA), Airoli. From infrastructure and facility management to member engagement, digital systems, and events, we oversee end-to-end club operations to deliver a seamless, safe, and premium member experience. Our integrated approach combines operational excellence, hospitality, and sporting excellence to build vibrant and connected communities.

Built around the values of participation, fair play, and community, the championship gives athletes an opportunity to represent their clubs across a wide range of sports. Each season celebrates not just winners, but the energy, discipline, and camaraderie that make interclub sport truly special.

Mr. Anurag Srivastava

An alumnus of IHM Mumbai, one of Pan Asia’s premier Hotel Management Institutes, Mr. Anurag brings over two decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, and Sports Management. He currently leads the Sales & Marketing functions across MCA’s Sharad Pawar Indoor Cricket Academy, MCA’s Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana, and Airoli Sports Association.
Driven by the belief that sports have the power to unite communities, he conceptualized the Shirke Interclub Sports Championship, introducing flagship championships such as Parakram (MCA Kandivali), Vikranta (MCA BKC), and Avishkar (Airoli Sports Association). What began as a vision has today evolved into one of the club’s signature sporting initiatives, engaging over 2,000 members annually while promoting fitness, sportsmanship, and a strong sense of community.
A passionate sportsman and fitness enthusiast, Anurag is a former gymnast, a State-level Table Tennis player, an avid Badminton and Squash player, a CrossFit athlete, and has represented his “Fight Elite Club” in an MMA Championship. He is also a Certified Scuba Diver, holds a 30-metre Rifle Shooting Certification, and is an adventure sports enthusiast who believes that discipline, resilience, and teamwork—instilled through sports—are the foundation of both personal and professional excellence.
His vision is to continue building a vibrant sporting culture that inspires active lifestyles, strengthens member engagement, and creates a lasting legacy for future generations.
